Every summer the community of Pictou Nova Scotia hosts a reenactment of the arrival its first settlers aboard the Hector. As part of the festivities many of the King's Orange Rangers members attend a historic reenactment of a military encampment hosted by one of the most active reenacting societies in the province, the 84th Regiment of Foot 2nd Battalion Royal Highland Emigrants.  For a general history of this group prepared by one of their members click here.  We hope to add more information on this festival in the near future, but for now we hope you enjoy the photo gallery of the 2007 event!
