The King's Orange Rangers can be hired to participate in your community festival/event to provide a historical flair. We offer services including firearms/drill demonstrations, participating in parades, acting in gala events, and constructing an 18th century military encampment open to the public. At our encampments guests can expect to encounter soldiers practicing drill and firing, camp followers preparing meals, and all other aspects of camp life in the 18th century ranging from chores to prayer service. Throughout our encampments guests encounter our friendly members who are always willing to explain part of our history, pose for a picture and even pass along some of our skills or secrets to living in the 18th century.

In addition to providing these services the King's Orange Rangers also provide a number of our services. The soldiers you see here could be assembled for your press conference, store opening or convention to provide an interesting historical accent your guests won't forget. When attending conventions/conferences our group is frequently asked to "arrest" a particular attendee.
During an "arrest" you can expect several members of the King's Orange Rangers to enter the room solemnly in search of their query. An officer will then read the warrant, containing a list of fanciful crimes and an even more fanciful description of the person, to those in attendance and offer a reward to anyone who directs their attention to the scoundrel named in the writ. Once identified the "criminal" is take to the nearest open air area to be "executed" for their crimes. Of course no execution takes place; however, the detainee may be asked to give the command for the soldiers to fire their muskets in a display for those attending the conference. The serving of an "arrest" at your conference will likely make a memory none of your attendees will soon forget and provides them with an opportunity to experience some of Queens County's history first hand.
