The King's Orange Rangers participate in events and activities predominately in Nova Scotia; however, we also venture to major re-enactments in other parts of Canada and the United States.  Many of the events we attend within Nova Scotia are annual festivals, while those we attend abroad are typically held on major anniversaries of significant dates during the American Revolution.

Attendance at all King's Orange Ranger events is voluntary, we ask only that our members try to decide upon their attendance at particular events as brought to the attention of the group and decided upon, as a group, if we will attend as a unit.  However, our members are always free to attend events not being attend by the unit as a whole, this reflects the diversity within our group.  A number of members are retirees and travel to numerous encampments throughout Nova Scotia and further a field each year.  In contrast, some of our youngest members only attend an encampment or two a summer as they attempt to maintain a balance between school, work and of course play!
