As one of its many fundraisers to help the King's Orange Rangers maintain all the necessary accruements such as our soldier tents, marquee tent, camp kitchen, and of our new field gun, a 3lb mortar the King's Orange Rangers had a series of collectible token coins minted in 2006 by professional numismatists.  The 2006 King's Orange Rangers commemorative coin celebrates the groups tenth anniversary and features an image of a member on one side.  Since the King's Orange Rangers originally had coins minted to celebrate the groups 10th anniversary it has decided to mint a new coin annually.  The coins are available in several different metals and colored coins showing the redcoat are also available.  The coins have a limited basis local monetary value circulation, placing them within the realm of collectible coins; however, as they expire some collectors may also consider them token coins.
