As part of our fundraising efforts the King's Orange Rangers reenactment society can be engage to perform an arrest at your event to ensure you create a memory all in attendance aren't soon to forget.  When performing an arrest several King's Orange Rangers members take possession of the location of your event securing any exits to ensure the accused does not escape.  At this point the commanding officer will promptly read a declaration from the sheriff ordering the arrest of the stated individual for the commission of a variety of humorous crimes.  The description of the accused will often feature similarly designed humor focusing on outrageous descriptions of scars and other adornments on the accused's body making them distinguishable.  The crowd is then invited to turn in the rascal so describe as being within their company to be accompanied from the location for an execution, which of course is stayed at the last minute by word of the organizer.  At this point the King's Orange Rangers will perform a firing demonstration and then dismiss from active duty to mingle with the attendees.  Typically the King's Orange Rangers serve arrest warrants within their native Queens County; however, we can also provide these services in other areas of Southwestern Nova Scotia depending on member availability.  To read an example of one of our Arrest Warrants click the link below.
